As Australia and New Zealand cautiously navigate their way through and out of COVID lockdowns, people are ready to travel. But, after a number of false starts, those desperate for a break have been understandably hesitant to commit. With snap lockdowns and border closures the new reality, booking a holiday now factors in last-minute cancellations, anxiety about safety, and the cost of changing plans.
To address these concerns, Accor Hotels introduced flexible cancellation policies, ALLSAFE enhanced hygiene protocols, and a vast network of properties committed to the safety and service of all guests. Dubbed ‘the Confidence Campaign’, we were tasked with creating a simple slogan to package those promises.
We saw an opportunity to combine Accor’s ‘ALL’ (Accor Live Limitless) brand positioning with that most famous of Aussie colloquialisms, ‘It’s all good’ to create a personable, local-centric campaign hook.
